ਜੂਨ ੧੬ (੨ ਹਾੜ) – ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਰਜਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ
- Fifth Sikh Guru (1563 – 1606).
- Led Sikhism for a quarter of a century.
- Completed the construction of Darbar Sahib.
- Compiled the Adi Granth, the first edition of The Guru Granth Sahib ji, and installed it in the Darbar Sahib.
- Guru Arjan was arrested by the Mughal Emperor Jahangir.
- Guru ji refused to convert to Islam and was tortured and executed in 1606 CE.
